Our Policy

Why These Client Reviews Are Published In Full

Most IT company websites carry testimonials that have been trimmed to the flattering half of a sentence. We do not do that. Each of the client reviews on this page is reproduced exactly as the client wrote it, with their name and their company, because a review you can attribute is worth more than a dozen you cannot.

You will notice the client reviews are specific. They name a dollar figure, a number of offices, a response time. That is deliberate on our part as well: when we ask a client for feedback we ask what changed, not whether they were happy. A review that says we are great tells you nothing. A review that says an issue was fixed within an hour tells you what to expect on the day something breaks.

A note on star ratings for client reviews in Google. You will not see review stars next to this page in search results, and that is intentional. Google does not permit a business to mark up reviews it publishes about itself, so adding that code would risk a structured data penalty rather than earn a rich result. Star ratings in search come from our Google Business Profile, where six of these seven reviews were posted.

Common Questions

Questions We Get About Our Client Reviews

Straight answers about how we collect and publish feedback.

Yes. Every one comes from a named client at a named company and was written by them, not by us. Six of the seven are published on our Google Business Profile, which carries a 5.0 average across 39 reviews. We have reproduced them here in full rather than trimming them to the flattering sentence.

Because these are the ones we can publish in full. Google truncates review text at around 240 characters in the places we can read it reliably, and we will not publish half a quote as though it were the whole thing. Where a client gave us the complete text, it is here.

Yes. Ask during a discovery call and we will arrange a reference in your industry, whether that is a law firm, a distributor or a manufacturer. We will ask the client first rather than hand out contact details.

Google does not allow a business to mark up reviews it publishes about itself. Adding that code would risk a structured data penalty rather than produce a rich result. Star ratings in search come from a Google Business Profile, which is where six of these seven reviews live.

Search UniVirtual Solutions in Google or Google Maps and use the review button on our profile, or send it to us directly and we will ask before publishing anything. We never edit a review beyond removing information a client asks us to remove.

We would. Nothing on this page has been filtered for tone. If a client raised something we handled badly and asked us to publish it, we would rather show it and describe what changed than pretend it never happened.
